Appointments & Cancellations

At Creō Nails, appointment time is reserved especially for you. To keep things fair for everyone and allow cancelled appointments to be offered to other clients, please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice and missed appointments will be charged in full.

Please check your appointment date carefully when booking online. If the date you originally select is unavailable, the booking calendar will automatically move forward to my next available date.
